Ruby Compiling & Runnin programs (VERYY VERY BASIC TUTORIAL)

Heyy hello friends..wann a publish little article on Ruby language.

Features i liked in ruby :

1) Its really cool and very easy to use.
2) Too many simple functions to use that can do complected task which we used to experience in old languages.
Ex. for reversing word you dont need to write complete program just use inbuilt function as
strname.revers and thats it you done with it! Exciting rt???

3) Networking Library is really cool.. simple and easy to use.
4) No need to right BIIIIIG code as in c , c++;
Its a quick way to implement what you want computer to do.

For Learning Ruby language :

1) Just download ruby langauge tool from official ruby website : www.ruby-lang.org
2) After downloading just fire up your command prompt from run
3) Go to Ruby folder using cd command .
4) go to Bin folder
5) type "irb" without double quotes
6) You will get a prompt like : irb(main):001:0>
7) THats it you r now ready to type Ruby commands and chk result instantly.
8) Type simple 5+3 press enter you will get result

Isn't is cooll???

Its jst a starting..

1) Now if you want to write Programs thn fire up your fav Text editor..
2) Go to google.com and find tutorials on ruby..
3) I will post my own tutorials on ruby here soon..till then you can Go out and read abt ruby.
4) save your program with .rb extension
5) copy it in Bin folder of ruby
6) open your command prompt.
7) go to ruby folder using cd command.
8) Now navigate to bin folder
9) there type ruby .rb press enter
10) thats it you jst compiled ruby program and now ready to check result!

Note : This tutorial is very very very very basic tutorial written for those who dont knw anything regarding ruby and want to know how to run and compile programs in ruby!
